ATT NEGLIGENCE

Well I guess Ill try to get something done thru readers. well I bought a I phone 3g from a AT&T store off Meridian south near Greenwood. the sale was made yes late but we waited for almost 30 mins and he said he get to us. When he did it was closing time so he was trying to hurry the last sale of his night. Me and my partner asked for insurance on our "NEW " IPHONES. Well one was new, but one , mine was a refurb but both are on new phone service which both were supposed to be new phones. I didnt find out he had givin me a refurb till I called customer service. the other thing is why i was calling customer service. I was sold not only a refurb but one with a crack in the face plate which is glass. It was around the earphone piece of phone. besides when he took phones from back room to transferred numbers, they had not been taken from box till we got home. By then it was too late to go back and i didnt want to deal with same sales person if he was the one in first place.. well this is what i found out , as for customers who have had their I phones, there is and was never any replacement insurance, which is what me and Joe asked for or we wouldnt have gotten these phones without insurance , but was told there was on the phones. well as of this month ATT AND APPLE combined a deal for all future as of tomorrow would have insurance and replacement insurance, so all who had their phones are just screwed but new contracts are covered. I basically can not get my phone replaced unless I want to buy a new one, but I spent my money on two already at full new price with sign up. I shouldnt have to buy a new one they should replace the one I have since the whole deal is so negligent and have not been able to find resolution since insurance was never offered for all the month and older phone holders of Apple I phones 3G and 3G/S . There should be some law for this .
